Chairman – Christina O’Donovan-Rossa

Christina works at BP as VP Risk P&C, and has worked for the company since 2007. Christina was previously Head of HR for the National Trust.

Honorary Treasurer – Heather Self

Heather has almost 40 years of experience in accountancy and tax, working in the accountancy and legal professions.

Vice Chair – Adrian M Horsley JP DL

Adrian enjoyed a career as a qualified architect, retiring as a senior partner of a successful firm based in Hull. He has been a magistrate since 1982.

Kathryn England

Kathryn is Executive Director of Zoos at ZSL London Zoo and is very familiar with the world of assistance dogs. Her role has allowed insight into the need for accessibility in society.

Professor Richard Ramsden

Professor Ramsden is one of the UK's most distinguished ENT surgeons and was awarded an MBE in 2015 for his services in the field.

Mike Coote

With a successful career in Information Technology and significant experience in the education and charity sectors, Mike has been a volunteer with Hearing Dogs for several years.

Barry Downes

Barry has worked in the independent hearing care sector since 1977 as a practitioner, trainer and manager. He was also a trustee of Hearing Link until the charity merged with Hearing Dogs.

Rachel Casey

Rachel is a vet, researcher and veterinary behaviour specialist, currently working as a Director at Dogs Trust.

David Hay

David was a local solicitor for 35 years, becoming Senior Partner, before retiring in 2008. David, and his wife Jilly, have been volunteers for almost 20 years.

Sarah Heath

Sarah Heath is a Veterinary Specialist in Behavioural Medicine currently practicing as Clinical Lead at Behavioural Referrals Veterinary Practice in Chester.
