6 adorable hearing dog videos

Posted by Matt Sadler

6 short videos full of cute and clever hearing dogs in training having as much fun as possible. You will see happy faces galore, and find out why Hugh, Ruby and Zula are celebrating.

1. Handsome Hugh has some very good news

Hugh has reached a major milestone as he has just started the third stage of his hearing dog training.

This means Hugh will now focus more on training in public places like shops and cafés, as well as practising on public transport.

Well done, Hugh!

2. 11 faces guaranteed to make you smile

Elvis, Enid, Elf and Emma are four very playful cocker spaniel pups, the sea is a bit too cold for MJ, Roxy shows off her lovely recall, Wilbur goes shopping, and much more.

3. Ruby is a little gem

Cocker spaniel Ruby has had two big reasons to celebrate...

Not only was it recently her first birthday, but Ruby has also just found out that she has passed the third stage of her hearing dog training!

This means that Ruby, who was named to celebrate 40 years of Hearing Dogs, is now getting ready to start the final stage of her training, where she will focus on her soundwork.

4. Sit back, relax, and enjoy

It's time for those cute videos and cocker spaniel puppy Darwin is getting us underway.

Rocky forgets his ball (twice), MJ practises her impulse control, Rose has a cat-shaped obstacle in her way, and Albert has a little bit of snow.

5. Congratulations to Zula

Cocker spaniel Zula has passed her assessment to be a sound support dog!

Sound support dogs alert their deaf partner to important and potentially even life-saving sounds within the home, but don't accompany them to public places like hearing dogs do.

The very cuddly Zula has had an amazing team supporting her throughout training and she is a credit to them.

6. Rounding off this month's videos with a very cute montage

Sapphire shows off her lovely sit and wait, Mocha takes on an agility course, a double helping of gorgeous George, Hugh and Bigbury love charging around, and much more.
