A fun day with Archie

It’s Archie time!

We love catching up with Archie, he always makes us smile with his adorable and cheeky personality. Let's see what he has been getting up to recently...

There’s no better way to start the day than a lovely walk on a fresh sunny morning.

Archie looks like he is a pup on a mission!

It turns out there was a reason Archie was walking with a purpose… he was on his way to an agility class with his volunteer puppy trainer, Victoria. Now this sounds fun…

It looks like Archie is breezing through this agility course. 

And then came the tunnel… which Archie was unsure of at first.

This is understandable. How was Archie supposed to know where the tunnel led? Soon enough though, Archie figured it out and realised that there would be yummy treats at the other end of the tunnel, so off he went!

Agility class complete and now it’s time for a fun run around with some puppy pals…

Back home now and here is Archie ‘helping’ with the washing…

We’re not sure how much help Archie gave… but at least he helps to make household chores more fun!

Off out again now and it’s time to accompany Victoria to the opticians…

“Do I need glasses?”

Don’t worry Archie, your eyesight is perfect so no glasses for you.

How smart does Archie look in his “I’m learning to be a hearing dog” jacket? This tells people around him that he is learning to focus on Victoria. The burgundy jacket is also a great way of raising awareness for the amazing work that hearing dogs do.

Now it’s time to go home and play!

We’re not entirely sure what Archie is trying to do to this ball…

… but it looks like he is having lots of fun… which is the most important thing!

 After a busy day of learning, training and playing, it’s time to relax and get cosy for the evening…

Now that is one comfy pup!

So that has been a day in the life of Archie! He is having the best time in his training and he really does put a smile on the face of everyone he meets. One day he will make his future deaf partner smile too!
