Adventures with Arthur

Posted by Elizabeth Murphy

It’s Arthur time!

As we all know, Arthur loves an adventure! Whether he is visiting a new town, or on his holidays, Arthur loves exploring new places.

Recently, Arthur went on a trip to Oxford! Here he is looking very excited about it on his bus journey…

Arthur looks very happy and confident on this bus. This is fantastic as it means that Arthur should be comfortable accompanying his future deaf partner if they choose to travel by public transport.

Arthur has arrived in Oxford and now it’s time to see some sights! Here is Arthur waiting patiently outside Christ Church College, with Liz, his volunteer puppy trainer…

As you can see, Arthur is giving Liz his full focus and attention, which is brilliant practise for when he is out in public with his future deaf partner.

Now it’s time to visit a few shops…

Once again, Arthur is showing what a superstar he is when ‘out and about’.

Whether he is settling in a restaurant…

… or patiently waiting for the bus home…

... Arthur is as cool as a cucumber and takes it all in his stride!

We did mention that Arthur loves all types of exploring so let’s have a look at some lovely photos from a recent holiday adventure…

Arthur looks like he is having the best time, especially with his best friend, Shep!

After a fun day of adventures, it’s time to relax…

… and Arthur certainly knows how to make himself comfy!

That’s all for now. We hope you’ve enjoyed catching up with Arthur and his latest exciting adventures. Arthur is in the final stages of his training now and it won’t be long until he will be going on lots of adventures with his future deaf partner. We can’t wait!

Arthur’s training would not have been possible without your kind support.

So, from everyone at Hearing Dogs, thank you for sponsoring amazing Arthur.
