Cookie and the tortoise

Cookie continues to have a whale of a time with volunteer puppy socialiser Annette! Or maybe a tortoise of a time?

Let's begin the story: below you can see Cookie with a friend! Annette explains: "This is Dolly, one of my two American Cocker Spaniels. She's aged 14 and is completely deaf. Cookie leaves Dolly alone as she is too superior to play with Cookie."

So, it looks like Cookie is content just to watch Dolly have a little drink...

... but does enjoy a bit of a splash anyway!

So, after the water, the tortoise. Again, Annette tells us: "This tortoise is one of two we have. It's only three years old and usually lives in a vivarium as it's too young to go out. Cookie hadn’t met a tortoise before. The one in the photo is Rocket and the other one is Olive."

We love the name Rocket!
