Elvis: friends, haircuts, baskets, logs and weddings

Elvis continues with his varied life! He's well into his basic training now, and is getting ready to move on to his advanced training. A big part of his socialising year however is making sure he gets exposure to plenty of sights and sounds. His volunteer puppy socialisers Norman and Joyce have made sure of this!

Elvis doesn't seem to have any problems getting to know other pups. He became friends with their own dog Molly, but then she very sadly passed away. Since then however he's managed to make more friends, as you can see below.

Everyone comments on Elvis's hair! He really does have a quiff. Fortunately, despite having two haircuts so far, the doggy-dresser has had the sense to preserve the quiff. Here he is looking quite dignified after treatment. Or is it indignant? Either way, we think he looks great. We suspect he does too, really.

We have lots of shots of pups curled up asleep, so it would be wrong of us not to include at least one of Elvis doing this. He seems to have adopted a coat as a security blanket in this one.

Always a dog of action, here's Elvis looking happy on a log because, well, what is there not to be happy about?
