More photos of Forrest
Posted by Brendan Cooper
Forrest is still loving life. He's living with Caroline, his volunteer puppy socialiser, who looks after him for his first year. When we say 'socialiser', we mean exactly that: we make sure our pups are happy to be around other people and puppies, in public places and spaces, so that when they become hearing dogs they can accompany deaf people wherever they want to go. The socialisers also give our pups basic training.
Here are some more photos we thought you'd like to see...
First up, some more shots of him against black. There's something stunning about photos of black dogs against black backgrounds.
Forrest loves the outdoors though, so here he is running around and well, just having Forrest-fun!
He's also very attentive when he wants to be (as well as very smart in his burgundy coat...)
... especially when treats are involved.
And here's our lovely Lab Forrest, tail up, ready for anything!
We hope you like these photos. He's such a happy, healthy little chap, and already showing great promise with his training. This is because you, his sponsor, have helped him. So, from all of us at Hearing Dogs for Deaf People - thank you!
