Adventures with Fudge
Posted by Elizabeth Murphy
Welcome back to Fudge’s Puppy Pen!
Fudge is doing fantastically well in her training. Fudge is learning to feel happy and comfortable when ‘out and about’ visiting busy environments and interacting with lots of different people.
Whether she is meeting the Royal Guards at Windsor Castle…
…or shopping at the supermarket…
… Fudge takes it all in her stride!
Fudge has also recently been introduced to the wonderful world of public transport.
Here she is doing a fabulous settle on the bus…
As you can see, Fudge looks very calm and relaxed on this journey and is unbothered by all the unusual sights, sounds and movements that can be found on public transport.
This is brilliant as Fudge is showing that she is adaptable, calm and confident; these are characteristics which we want all our hearing dogs to have.
Well done Fudge!
It’s now time for a break in a café and once again Fudge shows how superbly she can settle…
We are so impressed with how calm Fudge is.
Fudge also seems to really enjoy wearing her burgundy “I’m learning” jacket. The burgundy jacket is a great way of letting the public know that she is learning and trying to stay focused.
It sounds like it’s all going really well for Fudge.
Fudge doesn’t spend her whole day training though... there’s still plenty of time for playing!
…and snoozing…
…and more snoozing!
Fudge certainly knows how to get comfy!
Well, that’s it for now. We hope you’ve enjoyed catching up with the very cute Fudge, who is a very happy little pup. Fudge is going to change a deaf person’s life in the most incredible way.
We are so proud of her. This would not be possible without your kindness.
So, from everyone at Hearing Dogs, thank you so much for sponsoring Fudge.
