Gorgeous George is doing so well

Posted by Maria Kazanji

Let's catch up with George, he's been a busy boy!

George is still loving life and is taking everything in his stride. He is such a happy chappy and enjoys playing as much as his training!

Just look at that smile! He really is a gorgeous boy!

George is doing so well with his training and recently he has been practicing travelling on public transport. This is such an important skill for him to master as it means that if he is comfortable and happy on buses and trains when he is with his deaf partner, they can have the independence to go wherever they would like to.

As you can see from this recent train ride, he is calm and settled comfortably on the train ready to see where this journey takes him.

We are so proud of George as he is so keen and happy to learn.

George has recently been making friends too.

He was very intrigued with the frog that visited his garden, and being the amazing boy that George is, he was very calm around it. He also liked meeting the cows on a recent walk too.

Looks like George has made good friends with a cat, pity the cat wasn't as interested in playing as George was!

It is great to see how well and calmly George makes friends as this makes him a great hearing dog. His deaf partner could have other pets so the fact that George is so comfortable around other animals means that he will settle into their lives with ease.

We have previously seen how much George loves his toys and likes to play, here he is with one of his favourite toys his soft toy Rubik Cube.

One of his favourite games to play with the Rubik Cube is catch...

Shall we watch that again in slow motion...

We just love the way he catches it in his paws! What a clever boy he is!

George is still a very cuddly pup who just adores his chin scratches as you can see here...

"Ohhhh yes that's the spot!"

Could there really be a happier face than this!

George is going to make a deaf person very happy indeed with his sweet, playful and happy character and all of this would not have been possible without your kind and generous support. So, from everyone at Hearing Dogs, thank you for sponsoring George!
