Josie loves life with Lyn
Posted by Brendan Cooper
Time for more Josie!
She's growing up to be a wonderful little dog. She's full of affection for everyone she meets - but particularly, it seems, our photographer Paul...
No, really. She really, really, really loves Paul!
As Paul himself suggests, perhaps he smells of sweaty dog?
Whatever it is, they get on really well, and enjoy downtime together too when Josie's not quite as fired up.
So, that's one of the men in her life. Here's the lady - Lyn, who is Josie's Volunteer Puppy Trainer
Lyn describes Josie as 'adorable, friendly and fun'. Well, we've already seen all these sides to her in the above videos!
Back to Lyn: "She also adores my son's elderly dog Taz. Surprisingly Taz. who is 15, likes to play with her, he is very tolerant of her jumping around him. Once she has said hello to him, she curls up next to him and looks up at him."
We find that often, older dogs quite like having puppies around. It seems to give them a new lease of life, and they can even be quite protective of their younger pals. In turn, the younger puppies can learn from their older friends, and gain confidence around other dogs. Everyone benefits.
As you can see, Josie's put on something of a growth spurt recently. It happens - they can suddenly start looking less like puppies and more like dogs. Remember the previous photo we showed of her next to her food?
Well it must be good for her because look at her next to it now!
We don't think the food container's shrunk. But we do think Josie's learned enough to know that she likes whatever's in it!
But the crucial question is: does Josie still behave in a cute, adorable, puppyish way?
Well, she loves being carried and cuddled, if this expression is anything to go by...
... and she does still look extraordinarily cute when she's asleep, with her snuffles and snores, and her little puppy sides going in and out, in and out...
... so yes, it's safe to say that she's still a cute and adorable puppy!
She's loving life with Lyn, and doing really well with her training. This is all thanks to your kindness in supporting her. So again, from all of us, thank you so very much for sponsoring Josie!
