The many sleeping positions of Kallie

Kallie continues to enjoy life with her volunteer puppy socialisers Sharon and Peter. More to the point, she enjoys a good sleep!

This is Kallie on her favourite bean bag, which she used to share with Selwyn. This is quite a traditional sleeping pose for a puppy. We'll move on to Kallie's advanced sleeping poses next.

Here we have the 'half-on, half-off' technique, commonly referred to as the 'hoho'. We're not sure exactly what happened here, but we suspect Kallie was thinking about doing something, started, and then stopped. And then fell asleep again. It does show off how sleek she's starting to look though, don't you think?

On the bean bag again, Kallie seems half awake. Or is it half asleep? She's on her back with her paws quite neatly bundled up.

This is Extreme Beanbagging. Kallie is oblivious to the world. All she knows is, the beanbag fits her shape absolutely perfectly and she's not going to move. Ever.

This is what is clinically referred to as 'zonked'. We don't really need to explain this one.

Kallie can also demonstrate advanced sleeping positions with two beanbags. This is the half-on, half-off, half-on again position, or the 'hohoho' which, curiously, implies she has three halves.

Finally, let's not do Kallie a disservice here. She doesn't spend all her time loafing. She's a lovely pup, and shaping up to be a fine dog. Here she is looking lovely and adorable, out in the fresh air, no doubt about to have plenty of fun!
