Luna is so cute!

Posted by Brendan Cooper

So, you've sponsored Luna. Do you want to see how cute she is?

Warning: the following photos and videos contain images of exceptionally cute puppies...

How cute was that? Very cute!

The 'big' Lab is called Josie. She's another hearing dog in training, also looked after by Volunteer Puppy Trainer Debbie. The two of them became best pals within the first 24 hours, according to Debbie. It's so lovely to see - little Luna doing those little, playful pounces, while Josie really doesn't mind (although, we notice, doesn't actually share her treat - that's Labradors for you!)

Their friendship even extended to Josie offering a helping paw as Luna learned how to navigate the stairs...

We absolutely adore that video. It's just what we want from our dogs: for the puppies to be confident around other people and animals, even large Labradors like Josie who must seem gigantic to little Luna; and for our more grown-up dogs to empathise, be gentle, and help others. It's perfect.

Here they are, happy pals together.

That photo really was taken within the first 24 hours of them being together. Isn't that amazing?

We did tell you that Luna is a chilled, happy, fuzzy bear. Well, you've seen the happy, now for the chilled...

.. the ears most definitely have 'it'!

And finally, we did say this was going to be a very cute Pupdate. Look at Luna's little face! That little nose! Those bright eyes!

Cute!

That's all for now. Until your next Puppy Pen Pupdate, thank you so much for sponsoring her!

Hi, I'm Brendan. I write all your sponsor pup updates, printed and online. It's a hard life, writing about cute puppies who, with your support, will grow up to help deaf people leave loneliness behind. I am partially deaf myself, so I have some insights into the challenges deafness can bring. However, I don't have a dog of my own: I have two Maine Coon cats who are quite dog-like and take up most of my time!
