Marnie helps out
Posted by Brendan Cooper
Did we mention that Marnie is quite an energetic, busy little girl?
She loves to help her volunteer puppy socialiser Maggie around the house. We don't actually train our dogs to do this, but sometimes, as you can see, they just can't help but, well, help!
The picture above shows Marnie being ever so helpful with the washing machine. You could be mistaken for thinking Marnie's pulling the clothes out randomly, spreading them all over the floor and then sitting on them. But you'd be wrong. We're certain that she's being really useful about the house, and is helping Maggie actually put the clothes into the washing machine. And then putting them on a fast wash and spin. We think.
Marnie is also really useful with putting clothes away neatly in the wardrobes. We're sure that's what's happening below. If we didn't know Marnie better, we'd say that she's being very excited and burying her nose into the clothes, pulling them out and trying to burrow in so she can sleep in there. But no, we're absolutely convinced she's putting the clothes back in very neatly, especially to help Maggie.
She's also very good at tidying up. We know what you're thinking: Marnie has just been playing with that ball in the photo below and she's just left it there now she's lost interest. Actually what's going on is that she's just about to pick it up and very sensibly put it in a drawer. No, really.
She even helps out in the garden. Maggie didn't really need that plant pot anyway.
Marnie's having a great time, as you can see. We hope you've enjoyed this insight into her everyday life, being ever so helpful with domestic chores. Thank you for sponsoring her!
