Cockapoo Riley is a super-soft, cuddly bundle of fun

Riley is all about love.

He loves playing. As his Volunteer Puppy Trainer Victoria says: “He’s very lively. If you just want to sit down and relax, forget it: he just wants to play!”

He loves watching what’s going on outside. Back to Victoria: “We had builders next door recently, and he enjoyed watching them, especially when they were taking down the scaffolding. It’s like ‘Puppy TV’ to him.”

He loves other dogs. “He’s met a hearing dog called Eccles a few times. He really, really, really liked her and they had lots of fun together, running around and around and around.”

He also loves learning. “Riley seems keen to learn. One of my daughters is already trying to teach him to put his front paws on to a step, so he looks like Simba from The Lion King.”

So he loves playing, watching, and learning – everything and everyone really. And guess what? Everyone loves him back! As Victoria says: “My family have fallen in love with him already. He’s a super-soft, cuddly bundle of fun.”

One day, this super-soft, cuddly bundle of fun will help a deaf person to feel loved, not lonely. For now however, he’s super-soft, he’s cuddly, and he’s a bundle of fun – and we love him for it.

Like we said: Riley is all about love.

As well as learning to look like Simba, Riley is doing really well with his training.

His basic cues such as ‘sit’ and ‘wait’ are coming along very nicely thank you. Next up, he’ll be learning to focus a bit more, but he keeps being fascinated by other much more interesting things, like builders and Eccles. Of course he does – he’s a puppy! He’ll learn to focus eventually. We know it, because he’s clearly a very bright little boy.
