Victor goes a-rambling!

Posted by Brendan Cooper

Victor's time with Ian includes plenty of walks, and here are two fantastic photos of him on a ramble with lots of good friends.

Ian explains: "Victor has joined an organised walking group who go five or six miles and end up having lunch in a pub. He is a friendly dog to take to a pub, and is keen to meet anybody who will talk to him but rests under the table when told to do so."

Ian describes the scene below: "This is Victor posing during a stop on one of our organised walks close to Chesham. One of the walkers has actually sponsored Victor, so he was delighted to see the real thing." Victor certainly is the real thing!

You can see Ian to the left, making sure Victor doesn't exit stage left! One of his doggy pals is looking a bit more bashful to the right.

"We did manage to temporarily lose a few walkers, but we all made it safely back to the Black Horse Inn for a welcome lunch."

And Ian continued to stop Victor following whatever it is that made him lick his lips!

We are all looking forward to how Victor's journey will end. He's come such a long way, thanks to your help.

Hi, I'm Brendan. I write all your sponsor pup updates, printed and online. It's a hard life, writing about cute puppies who, with your support, will grow up to help deaf people leave loneliness behind. I am partially deaf myself, so I have some insights into the challenges deafness can bring. However, I don't have a dog of my own: I have two Maine Coon cats who are quite dog-like and take up most of my time!
